Basic Troubleshooting Tips

• Shut down your computer.
• Unplug your router (if you have one).
• Unplug your cable modem.
• Plug in the cable modem and wait for the cable modems lights to lock in.
• Plug in the router and wait for all the lights to sync on it.
• Turn on your computer.
• Check for connectivity to the Internet.
• Please reboot your computer at least once a day.
